If you register for either a Supplier or Purchaser account then, in addition to the data automatically collected, we may also collect the following personal data from you:

f. Products offered for sale

Information submitted via our online contact form will be used at your consent to address your information request, question or comment.
In addition to the above, information provided by applicants for Supplier and/ or Purchaser accounts will be used to fulfill contractual obligations between Packiteco and the Supplier or Purchaser. We will also use the information to send you our newsletter and marketing materials, in case you are interested and you have registered for it. You are able to withdraw consent for this at any time within your account settings.
All personal information we hold may also be used to fulfill a legal obligation or for any reason that is reasonably deemed to be in the public interest.
We may share your information with the following groups of people, for the reasons stated:
a. Any of our group of companies or affiliates – to contact you if requested, to conduct work on your behalf and for order processing
b. Our employees, agents and/ or professional advisors – to contact you, to conduct work on your behalf and for order processing
